Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Manufacturing)
Business Systems Analyst (Manufacturing) – Will analyze user requirements, procedures
and problems to automate and improve user systems. In detail, the candidate will analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations with electronics and electro-mechanical assemblies. Lead product technology, research, and development. Interact and communicate with both internal and external customers on technical issues. Provide functional business process support of Process Manufacturing, translating customer requirements into functional and technical design details, writing and interpreting functional design documents and extensions, interacting on software problems, performing application configuration setups, interacting with technical groups to resolve problems, and developing and executing thorough test plans. Contribute to System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) activities, including identification and documentation of functional and technical Requirements, the design and development of module configurations and customization, testing, and implementation. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Work closely with team members and business users to resolve system issues related to manufacturing topics. Work with manufacturing and Operations across business units to drive efficiencies that result in key productivity improvements. Implement process improvement to endure quality product with high efficiency and low cost. Contribute to developing Best Practices and Governing Principles for system operations related to manufacturing. Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental responsibilities for the position.
A minimum of the U.S. equivalent of an Associate Degree in either Commerce or Business Administration plus two-years experience as a Business Analyst and/or Systems Analyst is required. The duties described above can and will be performed from our Pennsylvania headquarters in Canonsburg, PA.
